Wrote… I would just like to say that Andrew Taplin and his Sleav cronies are a very pathetic bunch of human beings who are clearly jealous of Miss Bromley’s relative success. Firstly, we freely admit that we are not the most musically tight band in the world by any stretch of the imagination. Yet we do provide engaging and original music which lots of people seem to quite like. Our gig has got nothing to do with you or your band so stay out of it. If people will come and see us, then what is the problem? When you finally stop playing covers (about three years now in Avid P and Sleav?) you might even get a gig somewhere – until then go back to your Linkin Park tablature books where you belong. Wrote… Just thought I’d give the cartel a few words of information about “Sleav” and “Miss Bromley”. Firstly, Miss Bromley are a brave young band from my local area, made entirely of largely inexperienced musicians, creating an original, if slightly shabby sound. Their songs are witty, engaging and enjoyable. Their singer is classically trained and has a superb voice and their lead guitarist is one of the most original songwriters I have ever heard. Secondly Sleav are a disastrous attempt at musical achievement, the band comprising several unoriginal, boozy and arrogant louts who listen to brat-rock (and enjoy it) and a drummer. They are rude, immature and unaccomplished and do not deserve to play any venue, even one they have hired themselves. Do your worst, Sleav.

Wrote… To Andy: Just one of those unfortunate things that can happen sometimes I guess… misunderstandings etc. Felt sorry for B&G; too, not just the bands, cos of course noone wanted that to happen. I wasnt trying to say anything else (than it was just a shame). In total it was a good night anyway. My ppl from Trajectors did fine and the rest of the bands, that I saw, too. So all is ok. The guy that did do the sound in the end really did a good job considering. And everything worked out so I think everyone there had a good time after all. And you ppl from B&G; were really nice afterwards. No worries!!

Wrote… i think all the bands who played 21s march did a real good job since no soundman was there at all…that’s really really bad you know, noone turned up. so some guys who came to see the bands had to do the sound. the place was packed and ppl had to wait forever + no soundcheck. you should sort that out! well, trajectors were good even though the singer had problems without the monitors etcetc still enjoyed it…good luck to you!!
